System for lawsuits

"Information system for recording, processing and monitoring of lawsuits, judicial cases and judicial information" is designed for process management in the legal departments of organizations and companies, and the nature of the judicial and executive proceedings. It is built with Web-based technology that allows inclusion of a large number of remote clients.
The main purpose of the system is monitoring and enforcement of court proceedings and notification of upcoming events on them:

scheduled;
meeting;
statutory;
deadlines;
approached;
and others.

The information system provides the following key features:

Data processing:

Development and maintenance of classifiers of the types of lawsuits, court appearance, types of stages;
Catalog courts will contain data on type, location and connectivity;
Register of court cases and complaints;
Register of enforcement cases;
Register of appeals in specific jurisdictions.

Records and reports:

Preparation of reports on the status of cases;
Preparing daily reports for the periods in these cases;
References for the received data on new cases, complaints and cases.

Links with external systems:

Create data files (extracts from the database) for the cases specified by the user sections;
Access to information in the information management system for procurement.
